Looking for an Assistant Logistics Manager for a company operating in the logistics sector. We offer a permanent employment contract after the probationary period. The main tasks involve providing assistance and support to the Logistics Manager in organizing transportation logistics.

The person in this role will be engaged in the following activities:
- Creating optimal transport routes and load planning: You will be responsible for planning the daily activities, organizing the sorting, handling, storage, and transportation of goods from one place to another efficiently and at minimizing costs. The objective is to ensure the timely and intact delivery of products to their destination.
- Planning and coordinating the movement of goods: You will optimize all logistics operations from the warehouse to the customer, considering efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
- Supporting the logistics manager: In this role, you will constantly support the logistics manager, learn all the activities carried out by them, and cover their position in their absence.
- Carrier work accounting and payment control: You will be responsible for tracking and documenting the work of carriers and ensuring accurate payment processing.
Full-time availability is required. You will be working from Monday to Friday, and you will find a serious and well-organized online work environment.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:
- Good knowledge of management systems and familiarity with IT tools.
- Proficiency in using a PC and good knowledge of the Office suite.
- English proficiency at least at the B2 level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work from home (having your own PC/laptop and internet access is necessary).
